Meet the Directors
Mrs. Mace- Head Director
Elizabeth Mace is celebrating her 25th year in education, bringing a wealth of experience and passion to the field of Theatre Education in Texas. With a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre from Baylor University and a Master of Arts in Theatre from the University of Houston, she is dedicated to nurturing the next generation of performers. Elizabeth has also served as a UIL OAP Adjudicator before making the transition to high school teaching. In addition to her teaching role, she is a private vocal coach specializing in musical theatre, students hone their talents and find their unique voices.
Mrs. Wood -Technical Director
This is Mrs. Wood's 15th year in teaching. She graduated from Sam Houston State University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre Education. Nicknamed the "PowerTool Princes", she enjoys building extravagant sets as well as long walks down the lumber aisle. She is happily married to Brandan with 2 sons, Wyatt and Maverick. Her favorite things are plants and coffee.
